After graduating with distinction in Clarinet from the Rossini Conservatoire of Pesaro, he continued his studies at the Accademia Chigiana in Siena with G. Garbarino, later furthering his training with G. Sisillo, former principal clarinet of the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, I. Capicchioni, former principal clarinet of La Scala, K. Leister, former principal clarinet of the Berliner Philharmoniker, D. Montanaro, former principal clarinet of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and A. Marriner, principal clarinet of the London Orchestra. He attended European Community training courses for orchestral professors in Bologna, with productions at the Teatro Comunale of Bologna and at the G. Mahler International Festival in Dobbiaco. After obtaining eligibility in the ministerial competition for clarinet teaching posts in Italian conservatoires (D.M. 18\/1990), he won international competitions including Stresa, Capri, Moncalieri, F. Schubert, Taranto, and others, in duo with piano. He has performed with orchestras including the Teatro La Fenice Orchestra of Venice, Filarmonica Marchigiana, Cesena Chamber Orchestra, Teramo Philharmonic Orchestra, Pro Arte Marche, Orchestra Internazionale d\u2019Italia, and the Rossini Philharmonic Orchestra. With the Orchestra of the Rossini Opera Festival he has made radio recordings for RAI and recorded Rossini\u2019s opera *La Gazzetta* for the Bongiovanni label. He has collaborated in symphonic and operatic productions in major Italian theatres with artists including G. Khun, M. De Bernard, G. Meditz, M. Nyman, R. Filippini, A. Bocelli, C. Antonacci, C. Gasdia, R. Kabainwaska, R. Bruson, D. Flores, P. Ballo, L. Bacalov and others. In 2007 he obtained a second-cycle academic diploma in Clarinet with top marks and honours at the Rossini Conservatoire of Pesaro, and in 2022 a second-cycle academic diploma in Chamber Music with 110\/110 cum laude at the Pergolesi Conservatoire of Fermo. In 2007 he won the International Competition with the Rome Symphony Orchestra, with which he collaborated regularly in productions at the Auditorium della Conciliazione in Rome and on tours in China, Poland, Germany (Philharmonie Theatre in Berlin) and the United States (Carnegie Hall, New York). In 2023 he undertook an extensive tour in China, performing in 25 of the country\u2019s major theatres. In 2025 he collaborated with the ROF (Rossini Opera Festival) and was subsequently invited to perform at the Rostropovich Festival at the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. He has given masterclasses for the Accademia Italiana del Clarinetto, the International Clarinet University, and the State Conservatoire of Tbilisi in Georgia. He served as Director of the Higher Institute of Musical Studies \u201cPergolesi\u201d in Ancona.
