Nunzio Randazzo, born in Pesaro, graduated in Organ and Organ Composition under Armando Pierucci from the Rossini Conservatoire of Pesaro, where he had previously begun his studies with Claudia Termini and Gianfranco Maselli. He attended organ interpretation courses in Italian early music with L. F. Tagliavini, in pre-Bach and Bach repertoire with H. Vogel, T. Koopman and M. Radulescu, and in Spanish Renaissance and Baroque music with M. Torrent. He also graduated in Philosophy from the University of Urbino. He performs as a soloist, in duo formations and as an accompanist of orchestral and choral ensembles in Italy, the Netherlands, Germany and Israel. He has given world premiere performances of works by Armando Pierucci, Tonino Tesei and Francesco Tomassini, and has recorded numerous CDs featuring Baroque and contemporary repertoire. He is also active in music education, with published teaching materials. He is the founder and artistic director of the Centro Iniziative Culturali San Giovanni Battista in Pesaro, dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of sacred music. He is a tenured professor of Theory of Harmony and Analysis at the Rossini Conservatoire of Pesaro and has served as a member of the national commission for the formulation of national ranking lists in his field.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
